bought a c4 in june very experienced staff no hassle they let you look alone and don't miver you saf is a top guy knows his stuff I would 100/pc buy again from these guys had my car 4 week not a problem would recommend to anyone give these guys a call

An excellent Service from my initial enquiry until purchase. Staff explained everything in detail with no sales pressure etc. They communicated as advised and did not let me down with false promises etc. The car met with all expectations as advertised and my Rep even collected us from the Train Station from our journey North to view the Car etc, very helpful and considerate. They also filled my Flask for the Journey home. Top class Service , very well done.

Buying from MK Automobiles was so the right decision. We purchased a Mercedes E class, no pressure and really nice people to deal with and were given a very fair price for our trade in. We did have a problem in as much as we were unable to adjust the steering wheel. One call and we received the response " bring it back and we will get it sorted." We live a fair distance away so we took it back on the Saturday and were assured that they (thank you Brian) would come in on the bank holiday Monday to get it fixed asap but with no promise in case things did not go to plan. Brian was superb, arranged for a vehicle for us and phoned on the Monday to say sorry but they needed an additional part, (he had already got in a steering column but needed a different 'link') .The following Saturday we went and collected the car and are really pleased. Best dealership we have ever dealt with and there have been a few! Super customer service definitely 5 star dealership and an extra star for Brian.
