Amazing service from beginning to the end. The car I bought from Daz was in mint condition, they even left me with a 3/4 tank of diesel! Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service and very friendly, had no issues from the first phone call to picking up our new car, we dealt with Timmy and he wasn't pushy very informative and genuinely a nice guy, when in the future we need a new car we will definitely be going back to MK automobiles, definitely recommend

Purchased a car from this dealership in the last 4 weeks, really pleased with the vehicle as physically it was exactly as they described it, initially had an unexpected issue on the day of delivery but a quick call to Brian and Daz at MK and they had it all resolved in no time, really pleased to see their aftercare is just as good as their salesmanship, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership, i thought they were excellent !

Got a 2015 antara from these, left with no mats,no parcel shelf, then 2 months later power steering went, the mechanic then found out the wiring was corroded beyond repair and it was written off , all while under the 3 month warranty. Would never recommend, they even had the check to ask my wife for a good review on their page. After we had endured thousands of pounds of losses and a near breakdown for my wife with the saga.

bad service. I reserved a car by paying my £99.00 deposit on auto trader and was informed that I would be contacted by the seller within 24hr. after 48hrs, I called the company to enquire about purchase and collection. After a short pause, another person came on the phone and told me that apparently they had to take the car of for sale as it had a load of issues with it but could not tell me what the issues were. a car that is sitting on the forecourt for sale has suddenly got issues with it to take it off sale. obviously someone has come in and purchased the car and everyone is happy etc. i don't have a problem with that but say it as it is and at least have the curtesy to contact me and inform me that the car is no longer for sale. i would also like to add that you advertise that the car goes through a 90 point check before sending out. however, you must have missed it on this one

Shocking experience throughout bought a car with so many issues and cover ups has took me 7.5 months just to return the car now I'm still awaiting information from them regarding mileage to get the money back I'm owed even tho they have had the car 2 weeks

Booked an appointment to see a car, called back on the day to find out if they still have the car. Dealer on the phone told me he will phone me back. Phoned them back 15 minutes later, he hung up on me. Called an another number just to find out it was sold. Drove all the way down from Scotland. Avoid!
